The 2019 Cigna Tour of East Taiwan Cycling Series - 365 km Challenge will be held on April 20th ~ 21st . The event will be held over twio days in Eastern Taiwan. On Day 1, riders will ride along the Coastal Highway (No.11) and experience the amazing scenery of the Pacific Ocean from Hualien to Taitu
